First Class Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need experience?

A: No. All classes are ongoing, and individualized to your experience level.

Q: What do I wear?

A: For the first month or so, bring comfortable clothes. Make sure they are

appropriate for exercize and loose enough to accomodate movement.

Also, it is a good idea not to wear jewelry or other valuables that would be

unsafe or that you would risk damaging.

Q: Is there a contract or other obligation?

A: No.
